The Future AI Mindset – Now Available

HI all – Sharing something with this community because it genuinely started here. Back at Festivus 2024, I kicked off a small experiment focused on Futures Mindset around AI use. At the time, it wasn’t a “project.” It was field notes, sketches, exercises, and a lot of honest conversation about uncertainty, decision pressure, and the weird cognitive load people were carrying. What kept coming back, especially in community spaces, was the same need: not more tools, but places to practice thinking together. That experiment has since become a book: The Future AI Mindset: Curiosity Field Guide for Imagining Your Tomorrow It’s not about mastering AI or keeping up with every release. It’s a field guide. Something to return to when certainty evaporates, when advice conflicts, and when you still have to make a call anyway. It feels important to share that this field guide is becoming a training program kicking off in the Salon on March 30th, 2026, built around the same spirit that shows up in this community: curiosity, shared sense making, and staying human while working with powerful systems. If you’ve been feeling capable but tired, curious but cautious, this work grew out of those exact conversations.
